Before You Contact Us

Many questions are answered on our help pages, so you may get an answer faster there:

A mirror is not loading: see TheTVApp not working and check the live status table.
You want other ways to watch: see TheTVApp alternatives.
Your old bookmark stopped working: see what happened to TheTVApp.

What to Include in a Link Report

The link you tried.
What you saw: an error, a blank page, a black player or endless loading.
Your device and browser, and whether you were on Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Please note that TheTVApp Links does not run the mirrors and cannot help with problems inside the video player itself. We do not ask for passwords or payment details, and you should never send them to anyone claiming to be us.
