What TheTVApp Links Hosts

TheTVApp Links is an informational website. We do not host, upload, store, stream or transmit any video, audio or broadcast. Our pages contain text written by us, a list of links to third-party websites and an automatic status check that shows whether those websites are reachable.

We have no control over the content of third-party websites. If you believe content on a third-party website infringes your rights, the most effective step is to contact that website or its hosting provider directly.

How to Send a DMCA Notice

If you believe a page or link on TheTVApp Links infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@thetvapp-links.com with:

1. Your full name, organization if any, and contact details.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
3. The exact URL on TheTVApp Links that you want reviewed.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

What Happens Next

We review every complete notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable the link in question within a reasonable time. Incomplete notices may delay the review. We may share a copy of the notice with the party whose link was removed.

Counter Notice

If you believe a link was removed by mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed URL and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake.

Repeat Notices
