2. Reload without cache

3. Try a private window
A private or incognito window loads the site without extensions and old cookies. If TheTVApp works there, one of your extensions or saved site data is the problem.
4. Pause your ad blocker for the site
Aggressive ad blockers and script blockers can stop the video player from loading, which leaves a black box with no picture. Allow the site, reload and press play again.
5. Switch the server on the channel page
If the page opens but one stream buffers or shows an error, the channel usually has more than one source. Pick another server or reload the player once.
6. Change your network

7. Update your browser
